When you enquire, book a trial or register, we collect the details you give us — the parent/guardian’s name, email and phone number, the student’s name, level and exam board, subjects of interest, and any message you send us. When you visit the website we may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and cookies.

We do not collect or store your card or banking details. Payments are made through a secure PayHere payment link, and your payment information is processed by PayHere under their own security and privacy standards.

We use your information to match a suitable tutor, arrange and deliver lessons, contact you and provide support, respond to enquiries, improve our services, and help prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as PayHere for payment processing and email/communication tools — and only to the extent needed to provide our services. These providers are expected to handle your data securely and confidentially. We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
